Memorial service
It was a very sad morning for all of us who work together. Many of us were in attendance at a memorial service for a young woman who worked with us. She had her life stolen last weekend at the young age of 26, leaving behind three very young children and a family who are grieving and still in shock.
I think we are all in shock over this sad loss.
She will be missed.
Her older sister is grieving the hardest. They were more than sisters - they were best friends. The coming weeks will surely take a toll on her since she works at the same place. Memories of them working together will come flooding in from time to time. I know how that is. She will stay raw from this for awhile. All I can do is hug her and try to comfort and encourage her.
Such a sad day.
