Time change
It's got me ALL messed up. I feel extra tired at night because it "feels" later than it really is. It's dark much earlier now, which is very depressing.
I know I'll get used to it all. Probably about the time we are supposed to "spring forward" again! I like daylight savings time and wouldn't mind a bit if they'd just leave the clocks alone all year 'round instead of changing twice a year.
I know this probably messes up little kids, too. How do you explain to them that, yes, yesterday the sun went down at 6:30 but today it's going down at 5:30? Or that yes, it was dark when you got on the bus Friday but on Monday it's light out?
Is anyone else having problems adjusting?
