Weight loss woes
I think I simply wait too long before I eat a meal, and I wind up very hungry. This leads to eating too much and eating the wrong things. I've got to plan my menus better. I've also got to start taking more food from home with me to work, even though I don't have to pay for my meals at work. Taking them with me will mean I have more control over the ingredients.
See, I've put on some weight since I started my job at McDonald's. I really need to drop some pounds so that my blood pressure and my joints will improve. I know that there are herbal diet pills that don't contain harmful drugs, but I'd much rather just gain control over my eating in other ways. I know I can do it. I've done it before. But I can't until I make better meal plans.
