Crafting obsessions

I have to say, I haven't done a lot of crafting lately but my mind is really heading toward that direction. Probably about the only thing I have done is some macrame plant hangers. These are quick to make and do satisfy my crafting urges somewhat. But, the supplies I have on hand for paper making and other crafts seem to be calling my name every time I am home.

Since I have the day off tomorrow, I might just gather up the paper making stuff and make a few sheets of hand made paper. I've got an idea for an art project involving layers of nubby hand made paper set in a heavy paper frame. I have some dried flowers and lavender I can add to it for dimension, and plenty of craft paints to embellish it with. I think I can make a nice artsy piece for the living room and I'll be sure to upload a photo of it when I get it completed.

It will take a couple of days to get it dry and assembled the way I want it, so it will likely be next weekend before it's really completed.
