Truck and rain

It is now late, Thursday afternoon. I was supposed to go to Mom's yesterday but the truck is still not fixed. Now, it's pouring down rain and I'm just at home.

Son left to go to work earlier. He's spent the past few days trying to get the truck fixed but so far nothing has worked. I figure I'll wind up having to spend a lot of money to get that spindle replaced. I also need to get my tags renewed, which I won't be able to do until it is up and running again. I'll probably have to pay a late fee for that since the repairs will pretty well tap my money down. It will be after the next paycheck when I get it road legal again. I wouldn't want to have to enlist the help New York accident lawyers if I were to be caught driving without proper documentation on my vehicle!

Sitting here with the rain pouring and knowing my truck can't be driven makes for a very depressing day.
