Dinner bell
I ate my roast beef dinner and it was super tasty. I put chopped garlic, lemon juice and pepper on it and found I didn't need any salt at all to make it taste delicious. All that flavor melded into the carrots, potatoes, onions, and sliced mushrooms that cooked alongside the roast.
I'm going to be trying similar techniques with other meats I have in the freezer to see how that works out for them. Some meats don't do well with garlic. Chicken is one meat I don't like garlic with at all.

I LOVE garlic on chicken, Ann. Garlic, some lemon juice, and a few spices, and then baked in the oven. Yummy! I've never tried it on Roast Beef, but I'm not sure I'd like it. Maybe I'll start with a small piece of roast and see what it's like before I commit to a whole roast. I'm always looking for new ways to use garlic, and for new, easy ways to make things taste yummy.
