Younger Daughter's diet
Younger Daughter has been on a diet and has seen much success with it. She's losing at the rate of about 1/2 pound a week, which is good for her health since she's not on a starvation diet. She had, at one time, considered looking into the top diet pills because someone she knew was losing weight using some of them. However, she opted to eliminate some foods from her regimen and bring in more fruits and vegetables, adjusted her cooking methods, and read labels to learn which foods really do fit with her diet plan.
So far, I think she's lost about 20 pounds and is looking lovely. Of course, I think she looks lovely no matter what her weight! But now she's getting down to where she was about three years ago so her clothes look good on her again.
