Days off?

I finally have a couple of days off. Well, almost, anyway. Tuesday, I've scheduled a managers' meeting. It's the first one since I took over as manager of the store and I really do want the input of others, their suggestions about how to work more efficiently, and their thoughts on ways to drive in customers and increase sales.

There will be a new manager in attendance, too. He's currently in training at another store, but I've heard so many good things about him that I'm looking forward to meeting and working with him.

I will address any concerns and issues other managers may have during the meeting. Tomorrow, I'll write up an agenda for the meeting so that I'll have my own guideline to go by. Otherwise, I know I'll forget something that I wanted to say!

I'm looking forward to this meeting. I am anxious to do the best job I possibly can, and I can't do it alone. It will take all of us to really make the store a success.
