Health insurance

One of the big difficulties I recently had with my job was the health insurance deal. I can get dental insurance very reasonably but full health insurance is too expensive for me. At my age, I really need to look into other health insurance leads. Who knows what could happen and I wouldn't be prepared for it?

The funny thing is, crew persons can get a pretty good insurance rate but managers have to pay a much higher premium each month. I really don't understand that.
