Live writer

I know a lot of you veteran bloggers already know about this very nice tool, but I only recently discovered it and wanted to share a little about it here.

I have Windows Live Writer, which really helps me see what my blog post will look like before I publish it. I can also write and save posts at my leisure, then publish them when I'm in a place where I can connect to the Internet. I can write and set a future date for publication, if I want. I can also add links to other sites quite easily.

I'm really enjoying blogging again! If I want, I can add a picture, a map, a table, or a video to my blog post and preview how it will look when it goes "live".

I think I'm really going to like this tool and will find it more and more useful as I go along!

I've had Live Writer for awhile now, but as with all things new to me, I haven't used it a lot. I really didn't know what to do with it for sure or what its capabilities might be.

I downloaded it free from Cnet and am so glad I did!
