Update about the young man...

who was supposed to move in with us. He won't be moving in after all. He's decided to move in with someone else where he'll be closer to work and can walk to work.

I really hope he's made the right decision. He's a good kid but we all feel like he needs some stability and guidance. He's not a trouble maker or anything - but he is easy prey now for the "wrong crowd".

He works at McDonalds with us and our manager had already said she'd arrange his schedule to match ours so that it wouldn't be an extra trip to bring him to work. She's really good that way.

Anyway, we'll still have some contact with him at work and hopefully can keep sort of an eye on him, too. He's a sweet kid and a good worker.
