Weight loss

I wanted to publicly say how proud I am of Younger Daughter and her recent weight loss. She's really done the work and given up foods that she loves in order to lose weight. I really didn't notice that she was terribly overweight but she told me what she weighed at her doctor's visit, and we were both surprised.

She'd gained quite a few pounds over the last three years and she has already dropped nearly all of it. Not overnight, of course, but through changed eating habits, walking, and eliminating extra fats and sugars from her diet. She's looking trim and cute. Naturally, I've always thought she was trim and cute anyway...lol.

I really should follow her example and that of my Sis and Mom. They're all looking beautiful.
