Trip to Mississippi

We'll be heading out of town for a day this weekend. We're going to Mississippi Saturday for a family get-together there. Younger Daughter won't be able to make it, though. She had plans lined up for awhile now for another event.

We figure to leave early Saturday morning and return home Saturday night. We took off work the day before and the day after so we could get some rest.

It's been at least 2, maybe 3, years since we've been over there. Finances just weren't where we could go. It's still tight, but we do need to visit Danny's family. Of course, we'll take laptops and cell phones so we can be in communication when needed.

Two friends of Son's will travel with us as well. Neither has been to Mississippi so they're anxious to visit there. I'm hoping Middle Son will be around so we can see him, too!
