Grandson’s college acceptance

I just wanted friends and family to know that Oldest Grandson was accepted to the Berklee School of Music in Boston. I’m very proud of him. His next step will be to seek out financing for the school, which has now told him the tuition is somewhere around $56,000 a year! Wow!

He really has his heart set on going to that school, although there are many fine schools offering similar music courses that have a lower tuition cost. If he can see his way clear to attend, though, he will be able to eventually have a career in his chosen field and maybe be able to buy Violins at WWBW for his performances.

His fear is that, if he does get a student loan, he might not be able to make enough money to pay it back. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that he can see his dreams come true, though.
